Do not forget to clean the condenser coil under your refrigerator once a year. A dirty condenser can reduce the lifespan of your refrigerator.
Always transport refrigerators in the upright position. If you have to lay it down, make sure it sits upright position, If you have to lay it down, make sure it sits upright for 24 hours before plugging it back in.
Replace the water filter every 6-12 months depending on its use to improve taste and water flow.

Make sure your dishwasher’s emergency shut off switch under the sink is in the on position. If your dishwasher is leaking from the door, make sure the proper detergent is being used and rule out to much detergent. There is a filter in the base of most dishwashers that will need to be cleaned periodically.
Electric ovens have 220 volts of electricity running through them even when off. If you are having issues with your gas or electric oven please contact a professional for service.
Some microwaves have grease filters that should be cleaned periodically. The grease filter can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
